Rented a tux, returned tux. The owner said studs were not in bag. I know we had everything in the bag. He was doing several things at one time. Waiting on other customers and talking on phone when I should have had full attention. I think he purposely put the $2 studs somewhere else or mixed it up with another customer. Therefore, we lost a $50 deposit. My son is in active duty with the US Navy. Took the time to participate in an event with his son. Drove over 5 hours. Then to deal with awful service when returning the suit. They were supposed to open at 2:00, but late opening and not prepared to handle the customers returning suits. Very unprofessional from beginning to the end. Resolution Sought Refund the $50 deposit to us.
