Teach the employees how to have more respect for the customers instead of being so rude to the customers!! Teach them how to do their job right!!!

It is 6/26/20. My client sent me here to the store in Hayti Missouri to cash a 15 dollar check he got in the mail as he always does with every check. I have been doing it the last two years all I need is his id when I come. Well this time they were rude and they told me I couldn't cash his check he would have to do it himself. Remind you my client is 86 years old and I do all his running around and getting things done for him!! This location needs to learn better customer service!!! I have never had an issue like this one!! We will find another place to go to if we have to because all their is working at this one is rude employees!!
