I booked an appointment at 11:30am for a sew in. Called and asked for address an hr before appointment and advised I would be catching a share ride and will leave house 30 mins early to ensure I'm on time she said ok text me address then at the time of my appointment was advised could I come a hr later I said I will just sit n lobby in wait I already was there. 3 hours past still no service she comes out and ask if I was ready I politely said I have another appointment I sat here 3 hours she advised me to catch a Share ride then come back and my price changed from $125 to $286 I politely said no ma'am refund me my deposit why I wasn't advised the price would change after I say patiently 3 hours and had was told just cuz I scheduled an appointment for that time don't mean I will get that time honored and I guess she don't honor prices on her site either then I requested my money I was blocked on all forms of communication after I did everything she asked the inconvenience of my time and my money and no morals was expressed at this establishment. I had to pay a deposit wash my own hair travel over 30 mins to still not get my service or money back and be made feel as if I'm wrong. Resolution Sought Honor prices that are posted on website stop the false advertising just to over book and have no regard for the clients time or money. A fine needs to be enforced for time management and respect to paying clients.
