I financially committed to building a mobile app. With specific deadlines a d those deadlines have passed. The app was not built and there is now an offer to build a revised version for more money required. We have a specific SOW that doe not included a revision. If the original SOW can't get the app built then we cannot proceed. Resolution Sought We need a full refund.
