I booked a reservation with the Suites at Fall Creek for 3/12-3/14/24. My family has stayed at the location before and enjoyed our trip. I have rheumatoid arthritis that affects my knees and feet. I use a wheelchair for long distance walking. I did not request a handicap room because I do not need those accommodations but I can not climb stairs so I need an elevator. I did not specifically ask because on my previous visit the condo had an elevator. When we got there the staff was unable to accommodate me so they "refunded" my money. I have spoken to their 1-800 several times and my bank several times. Today is the 10th business day and I have still not received my refund. They continue to give me the run around. I called the resort and they told me I booked with a third party but I did not. I booked a promotion on their page. Resolution Sought I would like a refund as promised.
