Topps had a program call Etopps where they offered certain cards weekly and was kind of like a stock market. Card values went up and down depending on who it was. Now they no longer offer cards. Well these are stored in a portfolio online. Now you can have these shipped at cost. That's where my complaint is. After almost a year I finally get into my account and try to take delivery of my cards that are already paid for. Their value is approximately 182.00 now they want around 311.00 to ship them which is ridiculous for 1 shipment. Items I've already paid for are being held hostage because of their costs which again are ridiculously priced. Any help with this matter would be appreciated. The email I used with them was which I still have but hardly use. My new email. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought After finally getting into my account after a year of trying .A reasonable amount to ship that is fair. It would be senseless for me to pay 331.00 for something that's value is considerably less.
