Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. During the 2nd wave of COVID, Twin Home Experts was contracted by my Mortgage Company and myself to remediate and restore my condo unit from a sewer leak. David Schuelke, owner of Twin Home Experts came on site on August 2, 2021 and told Utah Housing Corporation, that myself and 2 kids were to leave the property for 30 days because of black mold. We left and this contractor walked off the job on August 13, 2021 and wrote an email to my Mortgage company stating that I questioned their ethics. He then stated he was finalizing his bill. This is a breach of contract as they took the money from the Mortgage company's hazard insurance that paid $10,000 for my condo remediation and restoration and another $12,786.00 from the Supplement portion of Travelers Insurance company which was for the remediation and restoration of the kitchen. Twin Home Experts left my home unlivable to date. Resolution Sought Refund of $23,786.00 plus month-to month housing costs to date.
