Shipped a computer from the Mira loma store in June 2025, I was given a shipment receipt with an invalid shipping number. went to store 4 times and got the run around. finally today, 11/19/25 I was told that since I waited until September to contact them, I was just out of luck. I was unaware the computer had not reached the computer repair shop until I called. I then contacted the UPS store. today, so I was then told that I have no recourse and to have a nice day.... Resolution Sought refund money for lost computer and shipping cost
