Consumer states as of today, he has yet to receive refund as promised. On December 14, 2022, consumer states he visited your UPS Store to have a $3000 Cashier' Check sent to his bank to Texas. In which, he paid this $18.53 fee and was told it would arrive in 2 days. However, consumer states after checking with his bank in Texas, the Cashier's Check was never received. In fact, when he brought this to your attention he received no cooperation other than the runaround and/or excuse after excuse. So therefore, consumer is now seeking the assistance of Business Consumer Alliance in obtaining an amicble resolution. As well as let others know how your store has conducted business. Resolution Sought Consumer seeks an immediate refund in the amount of $18.53 for non-rendered services.
