I had a friend go to this store to get a quote to send items to me from a nasty divorce. Received a quote of $1600. We got rid of several items from the quote. When she dropped off the items it was made clear the items had to be delivered by the following Monday. This was stated as understood and able to be accomplished. The company then claimed they needed to "box" items again at an additional charge. The total then went up nearly $900 for the additional packaging and date of delivery. On that Monday my shipment did not arrive. I had to take an additional day off to receive my items. The driver said signing for my shipment merely showed delivery and I could file any damages I found. Now they refuse to reimburse for the damages and inconvenience. Resolution Sought Refund my entire shipment price for the damages and time this has taken trying to resolve for merely getting the run around.
