I purchased a book June 2022. and it was shipped out on June 8 and it was she received at the UPS store on June 10th. we were out of the state and did not retrieve our mail from the UPS store until June 22 I called on June 22 and the gentleman said oh someone picked it up on June 18 and I said that is incorrect you almost gave the book or the package to someone else we were not in the state so it's just my husband and I we did not pick up the information for two weeks the gentleman gave me the runaround the same gentleman he would always say oh I told the manager about if she's not here she's never in the office she's never in the store eventually I asked about another manager why she's not there he said he spoke with him as well this has been going on too long this is not fair this is not right I called today which is August 4th The gentleman is gonna tell me someone else got the book got my package it's not my fault it's not the senders fault is the UPS store park they have incompetent workers and I have been experiencing this for quite a number of years now this doesn't make sense I talk with someone today and they're saying oh well somebody has a key and wait in your box in apparently got your packages and I'm telling this fool that there's only my husband and I and I told him well maybe you're incompetent workers might've put a slip in the wrong box if you're saying that it was picked up you need to know who picked it up because we did not I want to file a complaint that Resolution Sought I would like for the UPS store number went to offer an apology and then I would like for them to either locate who handled that package at that time and I would like for them to reimburse me of the $40 that I spent on the book immediately.
