On 2/25/23 I went to UPS that location is 1675 E Main St Kent Ohio 44240 pay $150.00 for my Uggs and $18.43 for shipping now I was told that my package will be ship out to Newark NJ on 2/27/23 that Monday and my daughter will receive this package on 3/3/23 so I said ok so I talk to my daughter and told her that I sent the boots and it should be there by 3/3/23 so on that date of 3/3/23 I check on my package with my ups app it said that cause of the weather it's a delay, so my package will be delivered on 3/4/23 at 9pm early that morning so that later about 2:43 I check on my package and now it said that it was delivered at 1:43 pm now I'm panicking call my daughter and she saying she was on her way home and she said when she got there was no packing there so I immediately call ups and spoke to mgr Chris and told him that my daughter said she didn't receive or seen a package at her place so now mgr Chris said he is putting in a claim and ask me for my daughter phone number so I told him so he said now it's going to investigated so I said ok, so now I call today about my claim and Mgr Chris tell me that the investigation was close on 3/9/23 and the package was ship and delivered so and he received and email saying that my daughter say she received the package so now im upset cause my daughter told me that she didn't receive it cause she was at work, so I said to Mgr Chris why the driver didn't take package to the office and get the key and leave it in the big mail box the Resolution Sought I need them to refund me my $168.43 back for bad service and also for poor customer service I received from them.
