My first client did not receive her products in December. I filed a claim, and I haven't received any compensation for my loss. My second claim occurred on February 26th 2024. I dropped off my Holistic Wellness Products at this UPS STORE again. I received a call on February 28th stating that my Tonic was leaking and my packaging was damaged . I inform the manager that I wanted my products returned. When I picked up my products my water proof packaging were not wet but stolen! I wanted answers, I filed a police report because they are refusing to speak to me about this matter! I am running a Small Black Owned Business, they're interfering with my client satisfaction by stealing my products. I went to pick up my box it was open and my products were missing! I was told that my package had been damaged and all of my holistic Wellness Tonic seeped out! Upon inspection the packaging was not wet and the sealed waterproof Packaging was also wet or damaged but opened upand gone! The ledger stated repackage on the 28th but it was open and my product was gone! When I spoke to the owner she attacked me verbally along with her husband! I was informed that if I return to their property they would call the police on me. I have documentation. I also spoke with the Customer Service manager at The UPS Store located on 7th Street in Macon Georgia. Manager reported they wouldn't send out open packages in freezer or trash bags, Foul play. My client was told items were in Morrice MI. They Lied Resolution Sought Refund for the damaged products. Sum of 17.95 *4 for shipping & handling cost. Plus $500 the price of lost and stolen products. Owner said, "We don't have a responsibility to you and never return to our property including the grocery store"! This was said in front Deputy R. Taylor 2042. Incident # 2024-19913. Deputy advised me to file a complaint with BBB and Civil Suit in Small Claims Court.
