I have an Amazon item for return to drop off at UPS. Unfortunately the item is large and I am unable to find a box large enough to support it. Amazon set up a UPS drop off that says I do not require a box. The UPS store at 130 W. Main St, #144 in Collegeville Pennsylvania 19426 refuses to scan the QR code. They told me how to handle my children in the midst of my trying to tell them Amazon set it up so I did not need a box to return the item. But they would not return it. The customer is always right. Resolution Sought I would like the business to apologize and accept my return without a box, as I was told I could do.
