I shipped mail on 4/12/25, i received a tracking number. 9 days after checking daily to see if package was shipped or delivered,it was still sitting at their location. I went in to ask the WORSE customer service rep ever. Indian guy who was super rude and was NOT helpful at all. Raised his voice and told i needed to call 800 number cause its not their fault of lost package. But funny how God works, white lady came right in behind me and older Indian guy helped her find hers(customer service) this UPS located 5665 atlanta hwy ste 102b alpharetta ga is best to AVOID. They do not care if your package is delivered or not. He blamed Atlanta for missing package (wonder why?) My opinion i would never USED this store for shipping, the WORSE customer service!! Resolution Sought My package is found and shipped. Like it was supposed to be.
