Bring back the old owner, Or at least hire people that can do their jobs clearlyAnd provide better customer service because it's horrible now.
1st off I've been a customer for well over 20 years they've always been very nice and attentive and knew their jobs. Less than a year ago new owners started they have employees that barely speak English I can't understand what there saying so it's confusing, That employees still do not know their jobs they still do not remember faces people or boxesYou ask them questions and they do not have the answer. Waiting just to get my mail takes over 15 minutes every time very frustrated. Then when I talk to the manager about the issues I can't understand her English so there was no communication. UPS
