On 10/9/25 I purchased several bubbles mailers and a pack of bubble wrap from the UPS store #4163 in NY, NY. On today, 10/13/25 approximately 1210pm I returned to the same store to return the items I didn't use. I was met by Mr. Hossain who told me that these items are not eligible for return. He referenced store policy and told me to read the receipt. There was no policy about returns posted in the store. I asked him to show me the posted policy and he walked around saying it was store policy and to read the receipt. I asked 3 times to see the policy and he ignored this and said read the receipt. The receipt states that items marked NR are not eligible for returns. The items I purchased are not labeled NR. He gave me a business card and said to "email the boss." The business card listed the contact information of this same store so I am not confident that any email or call will reach anyone else. There was no signage about returns being disallowed and the items are not labeled on the receipt as NR, meaning a refund should be permitted. I'm looking for a refund for the unused items I'm looking to return, totaling approximately $65: five bubble mailers at 5.99 each, and a roll of bubble wrap at 9.99. All unopened and unused. Resolution Sought I'm looking for a refund for the unused items I'm looking to return, totaling approximately $65. And also sensitivity training for Mr. Hossain who was very dismissive and rude.
