UPS told me that they could deliver my package (within US) within 4 days. The cost was $14.27. The package was not delivered in the time frame promised, and eventually lost/never delivered. This was a home radon test that was time sensitive. It had to be delivered to the lab within two weeks to obtain accurate test results. I tried to use the online UPS tracker but I could never obtain an accurate status of where it was at. The store phone number as well as corporate UPS contact help numbers were completely useless as I could never speak with someone who could provide an accurate status of where the shipment was. This forced me to make four trips to the store that was approximately 10 miles away. The store promised several times that the manager would call me back but this never happened once. I eventually had to go back to the store to file a claim. I included only the cost of the shipping and replacement cost for another radon test (as the test had to be re-taken). The actual costs of this delay is much greater than this as it delayed a refurbishment project - did not know if I needed to refurbish the house or not as the test results were on hold. The store personnel agreed to file a claim on my behalf for just the cost of shipping plus replacement radon test. Two weeks went by and I received zero feedback from UPS - no text message, phone call or email update. When I went to the store again, I was told that the claim was rejected. The Manager was never available. Resolution Sought Full refund of $27.22 and apology for complete lack of customer service.
