I rented this venue on May 19 from 3 pm to 2am 3pm to 7pm was an additional hours for set up time 150 an hr as we were decorating the venue the water was shut off and was brown I spoke with he manger and he told me he did knew about the shut off notice a day before and I felt I should have been notified since it was conflicting my set up time that way I could have been prepared as the night went along I was stoped by one of the mangers to inform me that clean up was at 12 when my contract stated clean up at 1 he seem upset about this as the night went on we had a bartender that was included with our service that half of my guest complained about how horrible she treated everyone she was extremely rude to our guest ignoring guest drinks and we notice she assisted with people that only tipped being extremely rude to guest if they even asked a couple of time. Our service also came with a clean up crew that weren't involved cleaning up. All I needed was the clean up crew to help out with dirty disposable plates and cups to be able to pick up my decor and linens but they all stood around looking security was upset because they weren't told that we had the venue till 2 and shouted out why are these people not out of here causing extreme embarrassment to me and my guest and then us seeing a mouse come out during my event over All the miscommunication with the mangers and staff were horrible and the customer service made my guest and I have such an uncomfortable experience. Resolution Sought I would like to have my set up time reimbursed which was 450 dollars 150 and he from 3 pm to 7 pm and an additional 50 for the service we received from bartender and management making it a uncomfortable experience for my guest.
