I keep asking Tafer for a cancellation of any sort. They won't even make an offer. They keep sending me collection statements, though. This could have been over long ago, but instead they are now paying a collection company money to try to collect money they will never get. Resolution Sought An apology for the misleading statements. They have never even acknowledged my complaint or asked follow-up questions. And a total cancellation of my contract.
