I made this purchase on5/19/2021, The item I received was way too small, I was unaware that the items ran small, I sent them an email requesting an exchange for a bigger size and was told that I could not get a refund or exchange and then I was blocked from all social media outlets I feel like I was taken advantage of I went to go see if there were any more reviews couldn't find any anywhere, No one answers the phones they have listed which is 901-281-8664 or 415-662-Envy I saw something also under Huge Domains 303-893-0552 I can't understand why they blocked me from Instagram just because I requested a refund or an exchange my order number is 1128 I would greatly appreciate any assistance that you could give me. Thank you Resolution Sought Either exchange the item and send me a return label for free shipping back to the company in which they stated it was supposed to be $15 to send it back to them or give me a refund
