The business owner Joel Meyer installed a walk-in tub in my home on or about November 29,2018. About three weeks ago it started leaking around the drain area. I called the parent company at Independent Home. They told me to call the installer Joel Meyer phone number (419) 204-2981. I've called the number over 10 times leaving a message concerning the leaking problems. I haven't received any response and no one answers the phone. It switches to voicemail. I'm going to have to file a complaint with the BBB as this business is a sham that won't even respond. Resolution Sought Repair the faulty drain issue or refund the $5,750 I paid for the tub and installation.
