My grandmother's estate which is part mine with my fathers with a will !!! I've had no information in over a year my uncle was not to be involved my dad had the will and he already got money us kids nothing he got everything? Resolution Sought We are pressing charges ! He is a convicted felon never had any thing to do with his mother

The complainant is interested in his father's estate - the same being interested in the subject estate administration. The subject administration had no financial activity until October 2021, following the resolution of certain litigation and liquidation of real property. Proceeds from the liquidation of the home were issued to the subject estate. A final accounting is forthcoming following the completion of the 2021 income tax return for the subject estate. The complainant is not an interested person in the subject estate, he is interested in his father's which is being handled by a different law firm and updates have been provided to the personal representative of that estate and to her counsel. This office suggests the complainant contact his father's estate for updates. In any event, considering the extenuating circumstances, the timeframe for which to complete the administration has been appropriate.
