This punk company is not really a water company. They keep your money and never answer phone calls, they never deliver a product, but yet, they have a commercial on You Tube. I rested a Zero water product and they never delivered, it's been over 2 years and they kept my money. Resolution Sought I want my refund and their commercials off the sir.

Hi, I bought a product from the water guys and have not receive the item. I bought it on Jan 16th, ORDER #48773. The item has not even been sent to me and they don't want to refund it either. I don't want store credit since I bought something else already. This is from their website How can I cancel my order? Once an order has been placed, your item will automatically be ordered and shipped as soon as possible. Therefore we are only able to cancel orders within 12 hours of your order being placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are requested after this time period. If you would like your money refunded, you must send the product back to us once you receive it. The product must be sealed and unused. I appreciate any help with this inconvenience. Thank you Resolution Sought I just want my money back. I paid promptly. Don't understand why they don't want to refund if they have not even send my items.
