I contacted these people on IG (Instagram) for web design. It's been about two weeks that I have not received my website. They are adding little bit at a time claiming that the work load has increased due to a promotion. I paid them my money and now they are trying to get more money trying to add things to the website design that was wasn't explained from day one. When I reach out to them, it's always the same response, "we'll update you" but I have to reach out to them to get them to work on my project. Resolution Sought Refund my money of release the website to me along with the CMS panel that will allow me to make changes to the website.
