The Western Union Company complaints

I purchased a western union money order through Walmart that was stolen through the mail. I have been trying to resolve fraud situation with western union on a improperly endorsed and forgered signature money order for 4 months now an executive solutions rep Ako T which e-mailed me the payee affidavit I needed to get signed and notarized by the entity which is NJ Child Support Payment in Union, NJ. The money order was stolen in the mail and cashed in a cash checking place at 1034 Ogden Ave Bronx NY. I was reject by the BOFD for reimbursement through a Purchaser Affidavit because no noticable tampering or alterations to the front of the money order. Now I needed a signed and notarized signature for a Payee Affidavit as proof from the entity payment was recieved or cashed by them which the rep has. My complaint is I now have to sign a cover sheet relinquishing my consumer bill of rights by acknowledgement through signature wavering the western union responsibility of recovering funds from the BOFD funded by Republic Bank of Chicago. There is a notice on the back of the Western Union money order on how to proceed and what requirements needed to be met on the transfer of funds when exchanging the money order check for an actual paper currency which was not followed. How do you cash a check made out to NJ CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENT in NY without proper ID representing the entity. Teller 3197 cashed and charged a service fee for the transaction which now establishment is liable for Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed full amount as soon as possible

I am not satisfied with the reply from Ako T of Western Union. Especially when she closed my case until it got reopened when i made a complaint through this website then April 11 my case seems to be passed to a fellow worker in her department called David G. Reference number: 246430947 I'm one of the Executive Resolutions team experts at Western Union who is handling your claim from 4/11/2024 where you do not agree with waving Western Union of the responsibility of the refund from the BOFD funded by Republic Bank of Chicago.Please let me know your preferred time for a call or if you prefer a different contact method. We would like to clarify to you that we agree with you, the money order shouldn't have been accepted if it was intended to be cashed by someone different; however, as previously mentioned, the Bank of first deposit is the one responsible for accepting a money order which deliberately displayed alterations signs or was cashed by someone not caring a proper ID as you mentioned. Western Union is not affiliated to the BOFD which cashed the money order. For this reason, we need the document to be filled out and signed as requested otherwise we will not be able to proceed.
