We called and asked for a service call. We were told someone would call us back to set it up next day which would have been a Friday. Never got a call so went about the weekend come Monday. I get a call well be to your house around this time. I said I'm not home had appt and I was suppose to get a call to get up a time. Guy got mad and said ok well try later. So then no call for a day and Wednesday came and same thing well be out this morning. Again I said i won't be home you can just assume I'm going to be home when you want to come. So we set it up for the afternoon. They came out for not even a half hour fix a 5 dollar part. So our bill comes and my husband called about why the bill was over 400 for a service check and they were here 20 minutes max. and the guy said we were charged for 2 guys commning and they were here for 2 hours. We said they were here not even a half hour and we didn't ask for 2 guys we just wanted a service check. So after my hubby talking with the guy they agreed to pay 300 something and he would send a new statement well then he never sent a new statement and he was also suppose to call back and never did so over a month later almost 2 months we get a bill in the mail today 6/10/21 and the price was never dropped and now a late fee. So I called to ask about it and said what happened before and I was hung up on and when called back kept getting hung up on. Resolution Sought They can either dropped the price like agreed or dropped the whole price. We were lied to and then when called to inquire about it I get hung up on. That is not professional at all. I have phone calls etc to prove when called etc. And will be willing to have the conversations pulled to prove.
