Ordered a glass piggy bank through https://earthiemodern.com/. Over a month with no tracking information. I contacted their email address 3 times, 1 week between each contact attempt. No way to get in touch, no way to check on order status. Poor experience. Will be issuing a chargeback. Resolution Sought Provide real tracking information at purchase time, and be responsive to contact attempts.
