I purchased a shirt from www.theonetry.com on 1/25/24 in the amount of $46.22. I received the package on 2/5/24 and discovered that the incorrect item had been shipped. The shirt that was shipped to me was not the correct style, color or size and was not remotely close to what I had ordered from this company. I contacted their customer service via phone and email as instructed to do on their website. The company refuses to either give me a full refund or send me the correct item after exchanging multiple emails attempting to resolve this matter. They have only instructed me to keep the incorrect item and offered me a discount off a future purchase. I am only interested in either a full refund or receiving the correct item. I have photos and emails if documentation is required. Resolution Sought I want a full refund or I would like the correct shirt shipped to me
