To start, I was on FB and I saw this deal about Thera - Spa & Shower and I thought that would be a good thing for myself and wife, we are both 100 disable and this would be good for both of us, so a sales rep from their company came out and I decided to get get it. I gave him a down payment of 6643.00 towards the tub unit, This was on 2 Sept 22 - from this point on I feel like I've been getting the run around, I called the company and I was was told a couple weeks later they would be here and that never happened. I tried calling back a lot of different times and with NO Results. The contract states they would be here 4-6 weeks , NEVER happen. I even call the owner and he said the installer would be here in a couple of weeks, the installer called and said he was on his way here and his transmission went out on his truck, they keep coming up with excuse after excuse.
