My company, Galaxy Contracting LLC. Was hired by Thermal Construction inc. to perform a complete siding tear off and vinyl siding replacement. This included all new fascia and rake metal, all new window wrap, four window build outs, gutters removed and reinstalled, the complete outside of the house to be made new. On February 19th 2022 I was given a rate sheet, by Thermal, of the rates they would pay and we agreed. During the job there were major complications due to the company manager, Mr. Edward Keyse , telling me to do something the homeowner did not want. The homeowners were very upset and I agreed to do the windows the way the homeowners wanted for free since Edward would not pay us to do them right. We had also previously agreed to use thermal Constructions company van as a dump. The van broke down and Edward forced us to take our personal vehicles to pick up material he failed to order and also to dump multiple loads of trash, but we had no choice he was not going to do anything for us even though it is in all sub-contractor agreements that the subcontractor is NOT ever responsible for material pick-up/delivery or using our vehicle to dump, or be responsible for dump charge. We did what we had to do to make the homeowners happy despite what Edward was doing to us and making us pay out of pocket for. I knew he would not want to pay for anything he made us do so I charged him very low rates to avoid conflict. Mr. Keyse failed to pay the entire amount, I have more to sa Resolution Sought Whatever is necessary so this does not happen to any other company in the future. Legal action will be taken if the money is not paid in 30 days.
