While installing siding on our home our gutters were damaged on the backside of my house above the back door by the installers. I made Chris Yianni , who we had the contract with to have the work done aware of the damage when he came to receive the payment for the job. He informed me that he would notify the installers and have them come and repair the damage. I called several time over the past 5 months and he has given me a different excuse for getting it repaired. First he said there was a mix up, next the subcontractor was sick, next he would have it repaired when he was scheduled to replace our next door neighbors siding. He told me it was to small of a job to come across town to do. He said he was doing us a favor to repair the damage. December, Christmas week he installed the siding on our neighbors house but did not contact or make any attempt repair the damage to my gutters. Resolution Sought Repair the work that was damaged to my new gutters.
