Hello, I was hired as an independent contractor for ThinkingStorm, an online tutoring service, in January. They promised payments twice a month of $14 an hour. I received a payment for the first month, and then they stopped paying and responding to emails. I suspect that other workers have been scammed as well, though I have no way to access my coworkers' contacts. I saw a review on Glassdoor that another worker did not receive payment. Resolution Sought I am seeking $1570 check for my hard work since March. Ideally, I would like this company to begin paying their workers, offer a clearer payment schedule, or else be shut down.
