He just trying to overcharge me and pay for something he didn't do to my vehicle.

I took my 2008 Chevy Uplander to this shop because it was leaking gas. And i knew that it was leaking because of the hose needing replacing they lied and said i needed a fuel pump i told them i didn't have enough money but they wouldn't have my vehicle back to me unless i wrote them a post dated check of 797 Dollars but i got suspicious of them because he wouldn't let me see what he was doing to my vehicle. So i took my vehicle to another mechanic and my suspicious was right the other mechanic check my Uplander to see if he really did replace my fuel pump and he didn't my old fuel pump is still on my vehicle all Thomas Automotive did was change my hose and put a clamp on the hose but they trying to charge me for fuel pump Thomas Automotive is a crook and needs to be shut down.so i stop paying on the check and they pressing charges on me and I'm filing fraud charges on them. No because he wouldn't take the money for the job he did to my vehicle because all he did was change the hose and put a clamp on the hose he just trying to overcharge me and pay for something he didn't do to my vehicle.
