They won't answer my Husband's call's return them. They said they pulled our membership but won't tell us why and I've emailed corporate and no answer back. We want answers... Resolution Sought We want answer and to tell our side of the story and would like to know what we did wrong..

Thank you for contacting us regarding your Thousand Trails membership. It is our understanding that your membership was terminated on August 1 for violations related to our pet policy which were documented by the staff at Thousand Trails La Conner on July 20th. It is also our understanding that you were sent a letter on August 1 detailing member rules 9b and 9d that you were found to be violating.
