I ordered a pants suit from this company in January 15, 2026 the amount was deducted from my account 1/15/26. I have not received my merchandise as of yet in addition the company has debited my account on 1/22 for 39.99 and again on 2/22 unauthorized. Every time I try to reach out they're leaving a recording stating that I'm a scam. I would like the BBB with this matter. Resolution Sought I would like your business to contact this company regarding taking money from customers account and not sending the merchandise. There contact number is #512-763-6555 no email address is listed for this company. I would really appreciate your assistance in this matter. I am a senior citizen on Social Security, and my funds are limited for someone to continuously go with my account unauthorized.
