Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Customer Complaint

This company is an online consignment store who has had my clothes for over 6 months with no payout. When I originally sent in the clothes I was told the processing time would be 3 to 4 weeks. I sent out my clothes July 2022. It has been far over that amount of time and the processing time keeps getting pushed back. There also is no way to reach their customer service. They don't respond in chat and they don't respond to emails. They also implemented a new processing fee of $15 per cleanout kit. Apparently they are charging customers who've already sent in their clothes. It doesn't make sense for me to pay for a fee that wasn't in my original agreement. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to have my items processed and to be paid out fairly. Without their new processing fee of $15.
