My order was cancelled but I did not receive a refund. I tried to resolve this issue with ThreadUP directly, but customer service did not respond to my help requests. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.

This company was supposed to give me a refund for an order I placed December 22, 2023. Order HJL2KSXJQ5T6. I reached out to them multiple times about this after noting that the item I returned was delivered back to them on January 23, 2024. The last email I got from them was February 14, 2024, stating that the refund would be in my account between 2 to 3 business days. I then reached out to them after this and I have had no response. I would like to get a refund for my order plus tax which is what the amount I'm asking for reflects. Thank you. Resolution Sought Refund for the product I returned.
