Three Notch has cut down trees growing in the easement & left them where they fell. Not in the easement, but on my property. Also, the trees were cut leaving extraordinarily high stumps. Resolution Sought I would like for Three Notch to removed the trees they felled. If not, then to pay the cost for their removal. In the " amount disputed box" above, I do not have an estimate for removal. This is just à "ballpark" figure.
