Charged me additional coverage after i verbally stated "I deny those additional coverages and charges" multiple times. I asked the desk associate if she was charging me additional when she asked for my card, as I already pre paid for the reservation and coverage, she replied "no" and that she just didn't my card for security deposit. When I gave her my card she did charge my card for additional charges and coverages after I already denied those charges. I didn't see it until she gave me my receipt. When I tried talking to a different desk associate she said there was nothing she could do about it since I technically already purchased the rental and they already charged my card. I was wrongfully charged almost $300 for additional charges that I specifically stated I did not agree to. Resolution Sought Refund me the additional charges amount of 296.50

Back in July I had rented a car for June 19. I also had a flight also for that day. My flight was canceled so I called dollar rental car and explained to them that my flight was canceled due to the Microsoft outage and if I canceled my car rental would I be reimbursed due to the outage. I was told yes since it was not my fault. I contacted them on 3 separate occasions saying my rental was canceled and I would be reimbursed. I finally was able to get another flight for a couple days later so i went ahead and rented another car through dollar rental car. I kept calling dollar rental and Expedia to find out why I had not received my refund and I was told my rental was never canceled. Finally and several emails and calls to Expedia and dollar rental car I was told I would receive my refund and still have not received it. Resolution Sought I would like a refund or some kind of credit
