August 7th 2022 called for them to fix a leak in our tank that they sold us that way and to get a refill told me 7-10 business days kept calling every couple weeks we are now on September 27th I called again today they are telling me their suppliers are out of propane they can not give me a date or time of when they can come out I called the delivery driver and he said they will not fix his work truck it's been down 2 and a half weeks so he has no way to fix our smelling leaking propane we are at a low amount of propane the weather is getting cold and that's how we cook our meals also I tried to get another company to help fix and fill our tank sent home pictures of where it's leaking and he told me he won't touch the tank cause it's all set up wrong .. I been so upset over all of this every time I call thrifty propane they give me the run around tell me to hold they are transferring me to better help and they hang up on me I think from August the 7th till now September 27th is way to long to be getting the run around .. I believe the company is a scam we paid for there tank which was 1,300 dollars and they tell me it's going to cost 99.00 an hour to fix my tank which they sold it to us that way I never had a problem paying the 99.00 I just can't get them out here to do it and like I said this weather is getting cold I want to use my heat now at night but need to keep what propane I have left for cooking .. thank you Tammy walters Resolution Sought Come fix my tank and refill it … but now just come fix my tank and I'll find another company to deal with for fill ups

We ordered a propane tank from Thrifty Propane and had to cancel our order because it was taking too long. We have been attempting to get our $4027.18 back with no avail. We have called many times, left voicemails and sent a register letter with no resolution. Our check was caused and put in their account 6/16/21. They need to be held accountable and return our money! Resolution Sought Our desired outcome is to have our full amount returned to us…$4027.18
