Thrive market took a membership fee from my checking account without warning me.

I feel this is a despicable act considering the crisis we are in to take money out of someone's account without warning them! We cannot believe a company that professes such values that you claim. My husband and I are affected by the crisis. How could you say you should talk to their bank, you should talk to your bank! I have been with your company for a few years or maybe a couple years and I will never ever return, my husband and I will take our business elsewhere! We will be sure to share your actions with our whole food plant-based community as well as the BBB.. Thrive market took a membership fee from my checking account without warning me, they never sent an email so that resulted in an overdraft fee they refunded the membership amount that was over $65 however they did not rectify the overdraft fee that I got that's why I'm filing the complaint. My husband and I were affected by the COVID-19 crisis. People beware of companies that want you to purchase from them only if you signed up for membership! Please log this complaint so people will know what you could potentially be in for with companies like thrive market who want you to buy from them only if you sign up for membership! Thrive market should improve their company by tweaking their protocols so that when it's time for membership renewal they submit updates to let their customers know instead of just taking the money out of their accounts which is completely irresponsible!
