On November 16 2021 I received an email stating I could only win 25000 dollars on there site and I would no longer receive withdrawals. So I replied back immediately asking how and why. The response was the review it and that's what it was. I haven't got an email since. At that time there was around 13000 dollars in the account. I continued to play because he said I could an I was hoping we could solve the problem. Then on January 26 2022 the locked me out of the account. I had went back and added up all withdrawals and it doesn't equal 25000 I withdrawn 20480 dollars. So I never even got the 25000 they said I could. There is no rule in the terms of service saying one can only win so much if they didn't deposit. That is their reason why I can't win more than that. My account before they locked me out had 23000 dollars in it. I filed before but they have a different address than what I had at the time. I have had other conversations with them about withdrawals and this never came up. I tried deposit once in January 2021 and they denied me to be able to. Resolution Sought I would like the money in my account. I would also take half and donate half to charity in their name.
