What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. When I reached a customer service rep, they did the right thing.

I was frustrated because I did everything I knew how to do to unsubscribe when the service didn’t work for me. Months later, I found they were still charging me fees every week.

I found out when I found a customer service rep that there was one small step I hadn’t taken.

It came as a huge relief when the rep refunded my charges promptly.
