Owner came out To fix a sink that was clogged. We never received an estimate he just fixed it And handed us a bill for $900. He sent an apprentice over to do the work While he was on the phone with him telling him how to fix the issue. The apprentice fixed the issue and never glued our pipes back together. So 2 weeks went by and I started smelling sewage in my house. I had contacted Ike shore the owner and he said it was probably a dead animal. Another week went by the sewage smell got worse in my bathroom I could barely breathe It was so overwhelming so I contacted him again Hey sent to plumber helpers out to see what was going on. Day came when under the house came backup show me a picture instead whoever fix your plumbing did not glue the pipes so I contacted Ike again. And explain what his helpers had told me his words were he new I was going to play that card. I don't even know what he was talking about I just wanted this issue fixed. So another week blows by and he sends his guy to fix it by this time sewer flys had taken over my bathroom. I call him because the plumber left a note saying don't use the bathroom. I only have one bathroom. He then sends me pictures saying I have 2 leaks . So I pleaded with him to help me so he sent a guy to duct tape leaks leaving me with drain flies a duct tape bathroom to combat them because his guy didn't glue the pipes has caused me more money and plenty of stress Resolution Sought An apology would be a start and the money I spent for all the poison/ duct tape/ fly traps and to help me figure out how to stop this. I have every receipt videos pictures that were sent to him
