We purchased tickets from Ticket center and we did not get the tickets or bar code. The tickets were a gift to my dads employee and when we called about the barcode they stated we will get it before the game because people like to steal ticket information surprise to say we never got the barcode. So the employee was embarrassed and had to repurchase the tickets in cash. Know ticket center told me they will not refund the money to my dad. I tried calling ticket centers and they will not talk to us they keep hanging up on us. I finally got someone on the phone on 8/3/24 and she refuses to help me. Resolution Sought We would like to get a refund since we never received the tickets from ticket center.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Please also note that in addition to this current claim the customer filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding their order. We have addressed this and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the customer's favor. As such, the customer has been refunded through the dispute process and no further resolution may be provided. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed. I thought I was purchasing tickets with Ticket Master' when actually I was buying ticket from Ticket Fulfillment" I was transferred to a subsidiary " who has a no cancellation policy' which was never mentioned to me' this ticket is in the very back row of the the second balcony blinded by a corner wall! This is a bad ticket. Resolution Sought Refund! A warning to future customers.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customers’ concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value.” Our customer placed their order for The Pretenders. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $72.13 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $72.13 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. We also had a disclosure prior to purchase stating: “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Prior to receiving this claim, we received a financial dispute, which was ultimately resolved in our customers favor. Thus, a refund was provided by their original payment method. If our customer has questions regarding their dispute, we encourage them to contact their financial institution for assistance.
