Be on top of their stuff and not being so unprofessional and rude

Run away from this place, I would never want to stay here again. When we moved in the floor is cracked and even screws underneath the laminated floor. When we moved in, there is a hole in the wall and a broken washer which took them 2 weeks to fix it. The property is always flooded when there are rains (my car got totaled inside the property when it flooded).On top of that, water constantly shut off without any notice and when you called them they being so rude and hung up your phone!!! Neighbors are loud and kids constantly throw rocks everywhere. For $1300 a month? I would rather take my business elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.
