Stop price gouging I want him to be investigated and shut down

this company price gouge continuously. They also sneak increased prices and charge you a little bit more from time to time. I'm refused refunds if you decide that you didn't want to pay for that or they gave you the wrong thing and you can't even switch it out they just get obscenely rude with you and offensive. I am trying to figure out how to file a complaint with the consumer board as well.
