I got a ride from a family member from Phenix city, AL to Smyrna, GA where the facility is located in hopes of purchasing a 2015 Cadillac CTS. . Was in contact with them days before, up until the day I receive a ride to their facility. I lost my card on the way to their facility at a gas station and was only able to put down 800 at that moment since I couldn't access $. He told me to come back next day but I had to work and couldn't take off so we agreed on Saturday, 2 day later. I ended up having the car checked out before heading that way Saturday because he wouldn't answer my questions. I asked had the car been in any accidents but he would never answered or provide a car fax. I found out the Cadillac would need more than 3k worth of work: air bag system and tire pressure monitoring system in addition to other major things. Never signed an agreement or a contract. When I found out they tried to sell me a lemon and was going to try to put a warrant in car, I decided against the dealership altogether. Text msgs can be provided. Now, they won't release my funds and told me to dispute with my bank, saying I'm not entitled to my money because I drove from there facility home putting 100+ miles on the car even tho they knew I was from out of town at the time I applied. They wouldn't let me test drive without running my credit. They ran my credit for a Honda civic that I didn't know anything about, didn't ask them at all about any Hondas. Please look into these people. Resolution Sought My refund of $800. I did dispute with my bank but why should I wait 20 business days when they should just reverse it. I filed with my bank 2/11/24 and they say I would get a provisional credit until 3/11/24. I have 2 kids that need things for school or I could've used it to help purchase a car somewhere else.
