Tigris Auto Glass complaints

2000 S 500 Mercedes, front windshield replacement, and rear window replacement, on January 3 I had my vehicle towed, to Ticris auto glass to have my windows replaced, on January 5. I received a call from Miss Amber from the auto glass shop, informing me that my vehicle windows have been replaced and my vehicle is ready for pick up.When I arrived at the shop, my vehicle was parked in front of the business, with blue tape around the windows that have been replaced. As I'm driving home, I noticed a small crack in the rear window drove my vehicle home as I'm looking through my when I got home, I called Miss Amber and told her it appears to have a small crack in the rear window , and I will send you pictures which I did , after not hearing any response , the following day January 6 I drove back up to the shop, met with Amber, and the technician showed them where the crack was near the frame that was dented they both at stated that "this happened when you drove the car away from the shop ," hi immediately told them I have pictures that will show you that the vehicle arrived at your shop with this debt already in the frame , Amber told me we do not guarantee the glass. The technician told me that he put extra glue/padding in the dented area to build an to build it up, and he did the best that he could do. I told him that was unacceptable. They said there is nothing they could do about that..( i'm truly disappointed that both accuse me of cracking the window, now the windows lea Resolution Sought It appears that my front windshield is not leaking and at this time have no cracks that I could see I would like to have a minimum of half of my money refunded. I definitely do not want them to replace or do any maintenance on my vehicle. They are not trustworthy, my time and effort is worth much more than what I'm asking for.( I sincerely do not want them to work on my vehicle ever again thank you.
